§ 01

The Agreement

By creating a Chronodesk account, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are authorized to represent it.

§ 02

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access to us immediately.

§ 03

Acceptable Use

You may use Chronodesk to manage your shop's bookings, customers, staff, and services. You must ensure your booking page complies with local laws.

§ 04

Restricted Use

You may not use Chronodesk for illegal services, send spam via SMS or email, reverse-engineer or resell the platform, or impersonate another business.

§ 05

Pricing & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. We offer a 14-day free trial. Active subscription prices will not increase without at least 60 days' notice.

§ 06

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access remains until the current billing cycle ends. We do not offer partial refunds, but you will not be billed again.

§ 07

Customer Payments

Chronodesk does not process payments from customers. Customers pay the shop directly using your preferred payment methods. Stripe is only used for your Chronodesk subscription.

§ 08

Service Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime. While we do not issue automatic downtime credits, if a severe outage impacts your business, contact us and we will review it case by case.

§ 09

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by Greek law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages.

§ 10

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment or platform abuse. We will notify you by email beforehand, unless the violation is severe.

§ 11

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
